Only the problem with SAIL exam is 'LESS TIME' you don't get much time to solve reasoning and aptitude.

If you are able to solve problems faster than you can crack the exam. Otherwise, overall the paper was easy. I also was not able to copeup with the time.

I would like to mention about SAIL exam. (MTTs and MTAs recruitment). SAIL exam is paper based.

SAIL exam has 100 technical questions (MCQs) and 100 non technical (25 verbal, 25 Logical reasoning, 25 Quantitative Aptitude and 25 General Knowledge). The technical questions that come in SAIL are more of practical and conceptual ones which a candidate can easily answer if he has been through with all the technical books. (Chemical engg books).There are specific books for SAIL exam by GK publisher and Arihant publications, they are quite helpful.

The non technical part is quite easy and does not need much practise. Special concern is for GK part as most of the engg students don't give much focus on it. GK (Indian history, geography, demography, capitals, rivers, dance forms, historic monuments, books and authors, yojana and missions from govt., etc).
